I sat down a few weeks ago to chat with a few folks about the future of work. It has been a conversation that has been talked about endlessly. This was a bit different, though. Mark Slocum and I had the chance to discuss the topic with two renowned authors and experts on the topic - Dan Michelson and Jon Milonas. Dan and Jon would both blush a bit at being called renowned authors. But coming from someone who struggles to write two paragraphs for a weekly newsletter - they are full-fledged writers to me.
We got together to discuss Dan’s book - “Holy Shift - Moving your company forward to the future of work.” The four of us have been thrust into the Future of Work debate for quite a while. Each of us has a different perspective. We’ve all had to deal with multiple challenges related to work. We’ve had to navigate it at our companies as well as at our clients.
Tune in - we cover a lot!
