Hello there - we launched the Hirewell Talent Insights Newsletter 3 years ago. If you are an avid reader, you may have noticed that we changed the “sender” from Hirewell to Matt Massucci. Why? Mostly user error. I must have set it up incorrectly when we first started. I never really noticed since they don’t go to me. And no one mentioned it. Whoops.
Well, we just migrated to Hubspot and our marketing team fixed the glitch. Another sign I’m slowly turning into my dad? Probably. Either way, hopefully the change wasn’t too jarring for you.
Putting aside the jokes about my lack of technical know-how I wanted to drop a message to all of friends/colleagues/readers in Florida. I hope you are safe. The images of the storm/flooding are terrifying. I’m sure the next few days (weeks), will be painful. But here’s to a quick recovery/rebuild.

Another week - another way to consume Hirewell content. Hirewell is launching a new LinkedIn Audio Chat series (aka, Clubhouse knock-off) hosted by James Hornick and Joel Lalgee.
I joined them last week, to talk about Hirewell’s growth and how we’ve built out our internal operations team. For 20 years, we've advised clients on how to build/grow their internal departments.
